What does that mean for you?
We reconnect with you within 3 days of a submitted claim and we follow up directly with you and the insurance company every 5 days until your claim has been settled to your satisfaction. We are here to advocate for our clients and make sure that you are satisfied with the resolution of your claim.
Save your insurance company’s after-hours claims emergency number in your phone, along with your policy numbers. In the event of an emergency, you want to be able to find it easily.

What goes into completing a claim?
It’s important to remember that we are not licensed adjusters, a claim and all decisions made are between the adjuster, the insurance company and you.
Our job is to make sure that your voice is heard.
Sometimes that means making calls to the adjuster to get into the details, sometimes that means calling the insurance company to gain clarification or keep the claim moving forward.
We are your advocate.
We work for you – not for the insurance company or for the adjuster.
