Paramount Insurance is a Red Deer-born, family-owned insurance brokerage. We have been serving Central Alberta and its communities since 1995, and have been evolving ever since. We are so proud to be locally owned and serving our hometown.

Our PEAK Promise & Claims 3-5-5 Process
Our PEAK Promise is one of the many ways that we care for each of our clients; another way is through our Claim 3-5-5 process. When you experience a loss, it’s your broker’s time to shine! At Paramount, our Claim 3-5-5 process allows us to proactively communicate with each of our clients experiencing loss every 3-5 days until the claim is closed. This way, we ensure you & your claim are taken care of appropriately by the insurance company, adjusters and any third parties involved! Like family, we put our clients first, ensuring you have complete control of your insurance experience both personally and professionally.
Our Community
Not only are we passionate about serving our clients as best we can, but we are also passionate about giving our time and donations to family-focused organizations in our city like the Red Deer Hospice, the Ronald McDonald House and Vantage Community Services. It is so important for us to give back to our amazing community – and serve it in more ways than just insurance.
